An alumnus of SAE Institute specializing in Recording Arts, he uniquely fuses sound engineering precision with complex, multi-layered show running.

His executive career is backed by key leadership roles, including State Head of Activations at Ogilvy & Mather (O&M) and a decade-long tenure as Production Head & Audio Engineer at Radio One 94.3 FM.

Rajesh has spearheaded production and sound architecture for iconic mega-events and high-decibel arena shows—ranging from the massive spiritual gatherings of Isha Mahashivratri and festival stages like Sunburn to high-profile TV channel audio launches.
